Ethical Supply
We adhere to rigorous standards for ethical sourcing and supply chain transparency. Responsibility is built into how we operate, from supplier relationships through to product delivery.
This includes our:
Sustainable Sourcing Policy that guides selection of our supplier partners, considers environmental factors and social responsibility, and aims for continuous improvement to reduce negative effects on human health and the environment.
Living Wage commitment that recognizes the importance of a living wage to employees’ standards of living and our promise to pay all employees at least the living wage. We are also committed to working with Partners that ensure all employees in their supply chain are paid a living wage.

We monitor our annual carbon footprint in CO2e and focus on meaningful improvements within our products, operations and logistics.
Our approach is pragmatic, transparent, and grounded in continuous improvement. We understand the impact that transport of our products from manufacturing partners to our Oakville facility, and then to the patients we serve has on the environment. For this reason, we partner with a freight-forwarder that is part of Clean Cargo to manage emissions.
We also make conscious decisions as it relates to freight and shipment consolidation whenever possible to lessen the environmental impact of our business.
