Returns may be sent either directly to SteriMax Inc. in accordance with SteriMax Inc. Returns Policy or to an authorized distributor/wholesaler in accordance with their returns policy.

All direct returns must be pre-authorized by SteriMax Inc. Once authorized, products must be returned on a pre-paid basis.

Items eligible for return will be credited at 100% of the invoiced amount.
